WHO AM I?

Coach Claire, Personal Fitness Trainer. 
Personal training in Stockholm and online coaching.

My name is Claire! I got certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer by IST-Studieninstitut in Düsseldorf, Germany in 2021. I am now based in Stockholm, Sweden and got certified by Friskvårdsföretagen.

 

My enthusiasm for sport started at a young age and I never really stopped doing different kind of sports until now.  Ball sports have always been very special to me and more particularly, basketball, which has been my passion since I was a child. Through basketball I could develop skills like endurance, explosiveness, balance, coordination, concentration and self-discipline. Playing basketball taught me to excel on the court and challenged me mentally. To become a better player on the court, I started to work out at the gym regularly in order to gain strength. 

I recently discovered Functional Training which basically allows you to perform your daily activities better. Push, Pull, Squat, Lunge, Hinge, Carry are part of my trainings and I love to integrate these exercises to my personal sessions with my clients. It is definitely a must if you want to take your condition and strength to a higher level.

Lose some weight in order to reach your ideal weight. Let’s set a realistic, measurable and time-bound goal to avoid the famous yo-yo effect. We will set a SMART goal together so that you get into your ideal weight and stabilize it.

Your core is very important! It stabilizes your body and helps you have a correct posture. By strengthening your core, you can say goodbye to your back pain!

STRENGTHEN CORE

Learn and practice some relaxation techniques (PMR, Autogene Training) in order to manage your stress and get a more balanced life.
